Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to the following:
Right to Cancel: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Return Window: You have 14 days after cancellation to return the products.
Eligibility: Products must be unused, in the original condition, and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items back, via the original payment method.
Return Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning items. We will cover this cost if the return is due to an error on our part or because of a defective product.
Warranty for Retail Customers:
Coverage: Our Electrical products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in material or workmanship.
Claim Process: To claim a warranty, please contact us with details of the defect and proof of purchase.
Resolution: We will either repair, replace, or refund the item, at our discretion. We will also cover any shipping costs associated with the resolution of a warranty claim.
