• Only faulty items can be returned.
  • All returns authorised are on a back to base policy. i.e all items are sent back for inspection and evaluation prior to refund/replacement.
  • You have Three (3) calendar days from receipt of an item to inform us of a fault. No refunds will be granted after this time.
  • A return must be received back with us no later than seven (7) days from when the returns request was made.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • We will notify you when we receive your item.
  • We will inspect the item and, if your return is approved, we will either initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or replace the item at no extra charge.
  • The time taken to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Returns Shipping
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty by our inspection.
  • Please make sure that you get a proof of postage / tracking receipt from your carrier as NeoNail UK accept no responsibility for lost parcels sent by you.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (where applicable) will be included in the refund.
